PAYMENT TERMS & CARD AUTHORIZATION
A reservation deposit is required to secure your place in a course. Some courses may require full payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the course start date.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and will be kept on file by One Yoga’s payment processor. If the outstanding balance has not been received by the due date, One Yoga reserves the right to charge the remaining amount to the card on file.
If a payment attempt is declined or cannot be processed, you will be notified and given a short period to provide an alternative payment method.
If payment is not successfully completed within this time, One Yoga reserves the right to cancel the reservation without providing any refund.
CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
All payments are non-refundable if you cancel your participation or are unable to attend the course due to illness, travel disruptions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the control of One Yoga.
However, you may transfer your reservation to a later course date, provided we receive your request at least one month before your original course start date.
TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel, including flights, visas, and travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and travel disruption, including illness.
COURSE CANCELLATION BY ONE YOGA
If a course is cancelled by One Yoga, and the cancellation is not required by government authorities, all payments will be fully refunded.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
Sometimes we may take pictures or video recordings during courses. One Yoga may use these for marketing purposes. If you do not want to be included in these pictures or videos, please let us know and we will make sure we are not using any pictures or videos of you.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY
The use of alcohol and recreational drugs is prohibited during the retreats, including during free time. Breaking this policy will result in eviction from the course without being entitled to any refund.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited on the school’s premises, both indoors and outdoors. If you must smoke, then take a walk alone outside One Yoga campus and do not influence others who might want to quit smoking, neither by smell nor by sight.
ATTENDANCE
If you are attending our Yoga Teacher Training Course, you are required to attend all classes at the scheduled times and follow the instructions of the teachers to receive a Yoga Teacher Training certificate.
RIGHT TO DISMISS
We reserve the right to dismiss, at any time during the retreat, any student who fails to adhere to the above conditions or disturbs the retreat process in any other way. We do not provide refunds after the start of the retreat for any reason whatsoever.
LIABILITY WAIVER
In consideration for participation in ONE YOGA training or events, you hereby release ONE YOGA CO LTD, their officers and employees, from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in any activity held under ONE YOGA CO LTD.
You acknowledge that ONE YOGA CO LTD does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in any activity held under the name ONE YOGA.
You hereby assume all of the risk of participation in any and all activities associated with ONE YOGA practices and teachings, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.
