Paula has a life-long passion for health, wellness and the human body. She started her journey as a Registered Nurse and became a Yoga Teacher in 2011. She has practiced Yoga for most of her adult life, which allowed her to see its benefits to mind, body and overall wellbeing in both herself and her students.

Paula has spent the last two decades in both her native Ireland and Koh Phangan, Thailand, sharing her passions through anatomy-inspired yoga with specific training programs such as Yoga Anatomy, Functional Yoga, Yin Yoga, Subtle Anatomy Practices, African Reflexology, Reiki and Energy Medicine Yoga. Paula combines a western and an eastern approach in her life as well as in her yoga teachings and has a deep desire to share her passion for the human body in her classes.
