Yoga has been a part of Kat’s life for over four years. She truly embraced the essence of yoga during her 200 Hour Teacher Training at One Yoga which she finished in October 2019. This eye-opening experience gave her life a new direction.

Immediately after her Teacher Training, she began teaching classes for the local community. Since then, Kat has decided to make Koh Phangan her home and dedicate more time towards her growth as a yoga teacher and practitioner.

In her yoga classes, she aims to find the balance between strength and softness, challenge and surrender, grounding and expansion. Through a seamless flow of movement and breath, she guides her students towards a state of relaxation, a place from where we can reconnect to our True Self.
