Fah began practicing yoga in 2016 while working in Bangkok’s corporate world, first encountering the practice during a trip to India. What started as a way to move her body quickly became something deeper, and yoga gradually took root as a daily discipline alongside her career.
After completing her teacher training in India, she found that sharing the practice opened her curiosity in new ways, especially working with students of different bodies and needs. That path eventually brought her to Koh Phangan, where she now teaches.
Her classes center on alignment, strength, and mindful awareness, with an emphasis on helping students understand their own bodies from the inside out.
She encourages exploration within a safe, supportive structure, and her aim is simple: to send students away with tools they can use on their own, along with a renewed sense of confidence in their practice.
