“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed, yoga is to be lived. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.” — Aadil Palkhivala
Only studying the theory of yoga is not enough. To fully understand yoga, it needs to be experienced. Therefore, this training is highly practice-oriented, dedicating many hours to the exploration, embodiment, and integration of yogic wisdom. Where other programs only scratch the surface, our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training takes you on a deep dive.
Although you will have some free time to explore the island, we recommend staying on campus as much as possible to experience the profound benefits of an ongoing practice. Taking this time to “retreat” from the outside world will help you deepen your awareness, cultivate focus and discipline, and start looking for true happiness within.
