What Makes This
Training Special?

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed, yoga is to be lived. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.” — Aadil Palkhivala

Only studying the theory of yoga is not enough. To fully understand yoga, it needs to be experienced. Therefore, this training is highly practice-oriented, dedicating many hours to the exploration, embodiment, and integration of yogic wisdom. Where other programs only scratch the surface, our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training takes you on a deep dive.

Although you will have some free time to explore the island, we recommend staying on campus as much as possible to experience the profound benefits of an ongoing practice. Taking this time to “retreat” from the outside world will help you deepen your awareness, cultivate focus and discipline, and start looking for true happiness within.

Who Is It For?

This training is for dedicated students and teachers who wish to take their practice to the next level. Whether you have already taken a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, are teaching yoga for a living, or wish to attend the course to deepen your spiritual practice, our program will give you new life-changing perspectives.

If you are looking for a program that helps you…

… Expand your practice in meaningful ways,
… Become a better yoga teacher,
… Make a difference in the lives of your students,
… And experience personal transformation,

This training is for you. It’s time to take the next step on your yoga journey.

Level Up Your Certification

Our curriculum is designed following Yoga Alliance standards. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be qualified to register as an RYT 300. If you have already received a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certification prior to this course, you will qualify for RYT 500 accreditation.

While a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a popular choice, not many continue to pursue an advanced certification. Taking this 300-Hour Training will help you transform into a yoga teacher who stands out from the crowd.

Healthy Food

Every day, you’ll get to enjoy three healthy and delicious meals buffet style. All meals are plant-based, with some vegetarian options.

Start your day with a nutritious breakfast, such as tropical fruit with coconut yogurt and granola or hearty scrambled tofu. Lunch and dinner buffets include a variety of healthy dishes like salads, curries, and other Thai, Indian, and Western-inspired meals.

Extended Practicum

After graduation you have the option to stay longer and use our facilities to practice your teaching skills by teaching free yoga classes to the local community.

In addition, you can join our volunteer program for graduates and teach yoga to vulnerable children at Baan San Fan orphanage, while practicing Karma Yoga – selfless service for the benefit of others. Read more about The Future Project.
