Final Certification

Our yoga school and training program are registered and approved by Yoga Alliance, which means that you will receive training that meets their standards for minimum hours for techniques and training, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy, and practicum. Upon successful completion of the course, you will qualify for RYT200 certification, which will open many doors for you if you wish to teach internationally.

Extended Practicum

At One Yoga, we believe in providing our students with the necessary tools and opportunities to become confident and competent yoga teachers. That’s why we offer our newly graduated students the unique opportunity to continue their practical training by teaching free yoga classes to the local community.

This hands-on experience allows you to put into practice what you have learned in the training and to gain valuable teaching experience in a supportive and familiar environment. Furthermore, the extended practicum provides you with the opportunity to give back to the community and to share your passion for yoga with others.

What Makes This Training Special?

What sets this yoga teacher training program apart is the emphasis on teaching classical Hatha yoga practices including practices that extend beyond the physical asanas.

While you will receive comprehensive instruction on postural yoga, we also offer in-depth education on yogic philosophy, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, providing a level of understanding that surpasses most other training programs. Our unique meditation program, when combined with yoga, will significantly enhance the benefits of the practice.

By the end of the course, you will not only be equipped to teach physical yoga classes, but you will also have a deep understanding of the spiritual and philosophical dimensions, enabling you to guide your students towards a more meaningful and fulfilling practice.

Healthy Food

The course fee includes healthy vegetarian breakfast and lunch buffets on all teaching days. Start your day with a nutritious breakfast, such as tropical fruit with coconut yogurt and granola or hearty scrambled tofu. Lunch includes a variety of salads, curries, and other meals from Thai, Indian, and Western cuisines. For dinner and on your days off, you will find many restaurants with plant-based options within walking distance from our center.
