Only studying the theory of yoga is not enough. To fully understand yoga, it needs to be experienced. Therefore, this training is highly practice-oriented, dedicating many hours to the exploration, embodiment, and integration of yogic wisdom. Where other programs only scratch the surface, our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training takes you on a deep dive.
Although you will have plenty of free time to explore the island, we recommend staying on campus as much as possible to experience the profound benefits of an ongoing practice. Taking this time to “retreat” from the outside world will help you deepen your awareness, cultivate focus and discipline, and start looking for true happiness within.
Our curriculum is designed in accordance with Yoga Alliance standards. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive accreditation as an RYT 300. Combined with your previous 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certification, you will qualify for RYT 500 accreditation.
While a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a popular choice, not many continue to pursue an advanced certification. Taking this 300-Hour Training will help you transform into a yoga teacher who stands out from the crowd.
Please note:
Please note:
This training focuses on classical Hatha, the “yoga of force.” The daily practice will be a balanced mix of asana, pranayama, and other techniques. Other styles such as Vinyasa and Yin Yoga will also be offered. Throughout the course, you will study and practice:
This training has a deep focus on meditation, as all primary practices of yoga should lead to meditation – and through the practice of meditation to samadhi. Yoga is a spiritual path and all spiritual paths lead to self-realization.
Although your goal may not be the diminishing of the sense of self until the attainment of nirvana, having a deeper understanding of what that is and, even more profoundly, experiencing glimpses of pure consciousness will make you an authentic teacher of yoga. Teaching from that space, the spaciousness of our true essence, one transmits true yoga.
The Art of Teaching module will give you ample opportunity to develop your teaching style. Guided by seasoned yoga teachers, you will hone your teaching skills, learn to guide more advanced practices, and create a supportive environment for your students. This module covers:

It first appeared around the 9th century and is one of the main source texts from the Trika lineage of the classical Tantric traditions. During this training, you will:
Written in the 15th century, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika is one of the most influential surviving texts on Hatha Yoga. It consists of 389 verses that describe techniques including purification, posture, breath control, mudras, and the yogic concepts of energy. In this training, you will:
To assess your teaching skills and understanding of the course content, you will pass two practicums – in week 3 and week 6. Each practicum consists of a 60-minute guided yoga class. In addition, you will assist your fellow students as an adjuster.
In week 6, you will also complete a written assignment to integrate what you have learned.
